I am disgusted with the fact that our fighting men and women sent into “harm’s way” have their hands tied behind their back. I am disgusted by a Congress that passes laws so complex that “We The People” cannot even understand them. I am disgusted by our so called “representatives” who play self-serving political games with my country’s future and the lives of our citizens. In my eyes, there is but one common denominator in all of the above. Lawyers! Here, my first attempt at a blog, I will try my best to point out fact’s, stories and what some other people think about the ludicrous dominence of our daily lives and future by an extremely powerful minority in America……..Lawyers. They’ve insinuated themselves into almost every facet of our lives. They control our Congress. They are re-writing the laws we must live by, and running around appointing each other into more and more positions of power in “Our” country. They control the rules by which our troops overseas can or cannot defend themselves! They ARE the courts of our land. They have legislated, or even worse, quasi-legislated thru court decisions, themselves into a Monopoly on deciding what is right or wrong in America. Have you tried to read a bill in congress lately? Good luck. I for one, have had ENOUGH!

As much truth as there is in your statement there is as much trurth in the fact that we have let the lawyers become so entrenched in the running of our government that there is little chance of correcting that situation beyond an outright revolution of some sort.
How do we get the reins away from those in control when our only means of doing so is by voting in different lawyers with their own agenda, their own favorite contractors, lobbyists, etc.
We have a problem…It is us. Time to vote for some new crooks.
The only way your going to get your country back, is at the point of a gun.
Things have gone way too far, for anything else to be successful.
We’ve done ‘nothing’ for far too long, the lobbyist and businesses have dug in too deep.
They will NEVER ‘give’ it back.
Sad…but true.
I visit your web site every once in a while and I must mention that I like your template!
think you have to improve a bit the design and usability of your blog Cole’s Law: Thinly sliced cabbage.
